Luis and staff "went the extra mile" for us, providing interesting, comfortable and personalized service during our stay in El Salvador. In particular, the quick and thoughtful responses to our questions (either by e-mail or phone) were particularly refreshing.
Luiz also put together a customized tour for our final day in El Salvador, picking us up at the resort in the morning and dropping us off at the airport in the evening. This allowed us to truly enjoy our final day in his beautiful and interesting country and was a spectacular option compared to the day spent "standing in lines" that the rest of the package tour guests endured.

Thanks Luis and Giovano for an excellent time in El Salvador. My Wife and I booked 2 days with you and from climbing the Izalco Vocanoe, touring San Salvador to Surfing at Sunzal we were well taken care of.
They picked us up at the Decameron Resort and customized everything for us. I would recommend Shuttles and Tours to anyone visiting El Salvador.

Thank you Luis - Miguel - Juan Carlos - Andres: Me and my family really want to thank you all for your assistance in our trip to El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala. You took care of ourselves as much as needed, took care of all the details, took us to some amazing places and were very sharp on schedulle. You made our trip to El Salvador an amazing one. We went to El Salvador for our daughter's wedding in July and eight family members used Shuttles and Toours extensively for airport and restaurant shuttles and a variety of tours. Luis and his staff were generous in sharing their beautful country and were extremely creative in organizing very personal tours. We felt not like strangers but like friends. This is a very professional organization and we look forwar to seeing Luis and his staff when we return to El Salvador for business and pleasure.
