Reservations and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total net offer is required within 15 days of the confirmation to reserve space and service. Please make payments with credit card or check to the name Shuttles & Tours S.A. de C.V. (in US Dollars). Balance will be due upon delivery of service.
Customers must confirm trips 30 days prior to travel. If final confirmation is not done, Shuttles & Tours reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.
Methods of Payment
We accept most mayor credit cards, Checks from local Banks and cash. We Accept Visa, MC and American Express.
Cancellations and reimbursements
If a cancellation is made in writing 15 days prior to scheduled service deposits will be returned in full. For cancellations made within 15 days of service, deposits will not be returned.
All customers must understand and assume risks related with activities organized by Shuttles and Tours and accept that Shuttles & Tours will not be held liable in an way for material loss of harm caused during services, tours or adventure activities.
